![]() Individual and Group PsychotherapyCLAIRE BACHA BA, MA, Ph.D, Mem IGAUKCP Registered With over 20 years experience in offering emotional help, I work with individuals, couples and groups. I am a Group Analyst trainer with the Institute of Group Analysis and a Trainer Member of the North West Institute of Dynamic Psychotherapy. I can help with emotional distress, relationship problems, trauma, depression and other unwanted feelings and thoughts. I work with thoughts and feelings as they come into the room from past or present relationships. Much of the success of psychotherapy depends on what clients brings with them. I work specifically with clients’ language and at their own speed. Working in a group is often a good way to approach a problem, since group members learn to be themselves with others. The therapy is in the more and more articulate expression of feelings and thoughts, which leads to the possibility of intimacy. Group members also help each other. Besides working with individuals and couples, I run two evening therapy groups for those who wish to work in this way. 20 Kersal Road, Prestwich, Manchester M25 9SJ See streetmap.co.uk for directions Telephone: 0161-773-0409 Email: bacha@btopenworld.com Links to: The Institute of Group Analysis The Group-Analytic Society Group Analysis North United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy |
